Wilbert Cortez, an elementary school teacher in Queens, has been arrested on charges that he inappropriately touched two young boys in his classroom, making him the third public school employee arrested recently on similar charges in New York City. Two teacher’s aides have also been charged in Brooklyn and on the Upper West Side of Manhattan so far this year.
