Not bad at all, according to one former call girl for the recently busted mother-of-four madam. “Lizzie” tells the Daily News today that Anna Gristina ran a tight ship, but she also compensated well, taking a 40 percent cut, apparently low in the industry. A weekend abroad could run a client — allegedly including politicians, CEOs, and royalty — $25,000, while the hourly rate at the East 78th Street headquarters was at least $800, plus tips. It wasn’t a job for everyone: “My friend, she [was] rejected just because she was a little overweight — just 5 pounds,” Lizzie said. “You have to stay in really good shape when you work for Anna. I worked out.” The cash, she said, was stored in the microwave, so at least Hot Pockets weren’t a problem.
