Thirty-year-old Edwin Faulkner and 26-year-old Juan Carlos Martinez-Herrera were finally brought back to the city today to face murder charges in the killing of Chelsea floral designer (and cockatoo-owning stroke victim) John Laubach. The 57-year-old, who neighbors said often brought younger men into his apartment, was found tied to his bedpost, gagged, with a towel covering his face. Police sources tell the Post they believe this was all part of a sexual encounter that took a murderous turn — after killing him, Faulkner and Martinez-Herrera, both of whom have pretty extensive criminal records, ran off with Laubach’s laptop and credit cards.
