NYPD school-safety officer Tommy Johnson was arrested today and charged with raping his ex-girlfriend at gunpoint while off-duty. Last week, a jury found now-fired NYPD officer Michael Pena guilty of sexually assaulting a young schoolteacher at gunpoint while off-duty, although the jury failed to reach a verdict on additional rape charges.
