Rick Perry was caught singing “I’ve Been Working on the Railroad” while peeing before the October 11 Bloomberg News debate, according to the manager of a rival campaign, who also remembers Perry picking a urinal that was “companionably close” to his own, as recounted in a Gawker excerpt from the forthcoming Politico e-book Inside the Circus.
