Phone-Hacking Lawsuits Against News Corp. Finally Landing in U.S.

Koo Stark, an ex-girlfriend of Prince Andrew best known for her role in the 1976 softcore film Emily, is the first person to sue News Corporation for phone hacking in the United States, according to the London Evening Standard. Stark was reportedly alerted by Scotland Yard that she was one of the many potential victims, but believes her phones were accessed while she was in America, kicking off the new set of domestic lawsuits to be handled by Murdoch foe Mark Lewis, along with former NYCLU director Norman Siegel.
