Suspect in Oakland Shootings Was Teased at School

The Times has more detail about yesterday’s shooting at Oikos University in Oakland. The suspect, One Goh, a former nursing student at the college, lined up his victims before shooting them, according to Oakland police chief Howard Jordan. Police said Goh asked for a specific female administrator but was told she was not there.
