A 15-Year-Old Boy Drowned in the East River

After successfully saving a 60-year-old man who’d fallen off a cruise ship leaving New York harbor yesterday, police and firefighters were unfortunately unable to revive a 15-year-old boy scooped up from the East River late last night.
