In the wake of Brooklyn’s dart attacks at the hands of two 15-year-olds, another pair of teenagers were picked up for firing a BB gun from atop a Lower East Side building this week. We’re not going so far as to suggest putting all four of them in a room to sort things out amongst themselves, but just hypothetically: Who would win?
