President Obama to Mitt Romney: ‘The Buck Stops With You’

Mitt Romney claims that even though he was Bain’s CEO and president between 1999 and 2002, he wasn’t actually involved in the company at all, so he can’t be held responsible for decisions that sent jobs overseas. President Obama, drawing on the wisdom of Harry Truman today, has a different take: “The buck stops with you.”
