New Jersey assemblyman Robert Schroeder was arrested on Friday for writing $400,000 in bad checks to investors in his company, All Points International Distributors — and he knows who’s to blame for the financial problems that caused him to do so. As Schroeder — a Republican who once ran for his party’s gubernatorial nomination — explained to a reporter, his business has been “in decline during the Obama administration.”
