While Julianne Moore was away for the summer, someone stole ten pieces of Cartier jewelry, worth an estimated $127,000, from the actress’s West Village brownstone, the Times reports. The haul, which included four watches and a $33,000 Cartier platinum diamond tennis bracelet, according to the Post, disappeared sometime between June 6 and August 28, when between 15 and 25 contractors had access to the apartment. Upon returning home, we imagine Moore’s reaction to be something like this, at least in intensity and bad-word choice.
