During this trying time, most New Yorkers are doing their absolute best to help people out and be polite. Unfortunately, there have also been numerous reports of looting from Coney Island to Queens, where fifteen people in Far Rockaway were charged with breaking into various businesses, including a liquor store and Radio Shack.
