Eight People Hit by Subway in Less Than a Week

A man who jumped into an oncoming E train this morning in an apparent suicide and survived became the eighth person to be killed or injured by a subway (either intentionally or not) since last Wednesday, far outpacing the one-death-a-week average. Go ahead and read “How to Get Hit By a Subway Train,” just in case.
