At around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday, a man got up from a bench at the 161st Street–Yankee Stadium station, staggered a few feet, and fell onto the tracks, where he was hit by an oncoming D train, which sliced off his legs. “He was intoxicated,” an MTA worker told the New York Post. The unidentified victim is expected to survive.
