Teens Arrested for YouTube-ing Fight Between Elementary School Girls [Updated]

Two teenage girls — a 14-year-old and a 15-year-old — have been charged with child endangerment for instigating and filming a fight between a 6-year-old and 7-year-old in the Bronx’s Edgar Allan Poe Park. Apparently, one of the arrested girls was angry at the other one for bumping into her while reaching for some candy that was thrown on the ground last week. So, the pair did the fair thing and goaded the two younger girls into resolving the dispute by pushing and pulling each others hair. The mini-brawl was taped and later uploaded YouTube, where the 7-year-old’s mother recognized her child and called the police. Kids today: just as terrible as they always were, but with more proof. Update: Another 14-year-old has been arrested in connection with the incident.
