Twenty-four-year-old Bismark Lithgow, who is deaf and suffers from bipolar disorder, has been arrested and charged with the horrifying murder of his 19-year-old girlfriend Francis Pellerano, who was also deaf. Lithgow’s grandmother reportedly brought him to the hospital because he was acting bizarre and returned to her apartment to find Pellerano’s body in a 55-gallon drum. Lithgow is undergoing a psychiatric evaluation at Bellevue Hospital.
