Earlier this month a man slipped out of Brooklyn criminal court after saying he was going to the bathroom, and on Thursday afternoon another man ran out of the same courthouse while he was waiting to be arraigned on drug charges. In both cases the men were recaptured within hours, which is a big improvement since January, when the NYPD only found one of the two men who escaped in the same day.
