Director Rob Reiner, a board member for the American Foundation for Equal Rights, was the first person in line today to hear the potentially historic Supreme Court arguments about gay marriage, but not because he waited all weekend. Most of the people who braved the elements were paid about $50 per hour to do so, and while Reiner would not discuss the specifics of his deal, he did chant “We’re No. 1! We’re No. 1!” in the presence of a reporter to really rub in how rich he is.
