‘Free Hugs’ Man Revealed to Be Less Than Ideal Embracer

When a woman in Washington Square Park refused a squeeze, the guy with the “free hugs” sign, who previously said he made up to $30 an hour with the gimmick in Times Square, allegedly hit her in the face with a soda can and was arrested. It’s not only the creepy animal suits you have to worry about.
