On the heels of poison-laced, angry gun missives to Barack Obama and Michael Bloomberg, a seemingly unrelated “threatening” letter was sent to hipster mayoral candidate and Public Advocate Bill de Blasio, written in “rambling” Spanish and covered in what was described therein as “real blood.” If anti-fan mail from deranged people featuring hazardous material means you’ve made it in politics, de Blasio is well on his way.
