Police haven’t identified the body discovered in the backyard of missing Ridgewood, Queens, man Frank Soucie, but NBC New York alluded to clues at the scene that suggest the body was buried there recently and therefore could be his, including fresh dirt, gloves, and a bottle of ammonia. But how cops found their way to the building speaks to a neighborhood nosier, or just more observant, than most: “a neighbor reported seeing someone throwing out an unusually large bag in the trash.” Who notices that? People on Putnam Avenue, apparently.
