Marina and Kevin Krim, whose 2- and 6-year-old children were stabbed to death in their Upper West Side home last year, allegedly by the family’s longtime nanny Yoselyn Ortega, have some good news. “We are very happy to let you know that Marina is expecting a baby in the fall,” they announced today on the memorial Facebook page, the Lulu & Leo Fund, along with a photograph of a mural depicting two children holding hands. “We are filled with many emotions as we look to the future, but the most important one is hope.”
