With the washed-out A train still not connecting to the Rockaways, it remains a gigantic hassle for workers who live there to commute to Manhattan and Brooklyn. But the reverse is not true: Williamsburg beach revelers won’t have to alter their weekend day-tripping plans (much), as the direct-line Rockabus plans to return for a second season on Memorial Day. With the A not expected back until summer, there’s probably a market for that bus on weekdays, too.
