Bill de Blasio will only guarantee an appearance at fund-raising events for a minimum of $75,000 these days — fifteen times his earlier floor of $5,000, the Daily News reports. (Even Governor Cuomo’s minimum is only $50,000.) At this point, Joe Lhota would probably show up at a bar mitzvah if it guaranteed him a vote or two.
