A 54-year-old man is in custody for allegedly leaving three homemade “hoax devices” around the fifth borough in an attempt to frame a romantic rival. The suspect, according to investigators, hoped to implicate the man who recently married his neighborhood crush by leaving a note including the other guy’s name and address with each bomb.
