Recently, Chris Christie and Rand Paul have overshadowed Paul Ryan when it comes to premature speculation about the 2016 Republican field, but for the record, he’s gotten over that angsty, indecisive period. Ryan announced on Friday that he’ll visit New Hampshire next month, and the AP reports he just inked a book deal. Where Do We Go From Here? is set to be published in August, and while it’s possible Ryan wants to “delve into the state of the conservative movement in America today, how it contrasts with liberal progressivism, and what needs to be done to save the American Idea,” just to get some things off his chest, somehow we doubt it.
