Thousands of Taxi Drivers Really Are Too Dangerous for the Road

Thanks to a computer glitch, the Taxi & Limousine Commission forgot to suspend and revoke the licenses of some 4,500 cabbies with major violations, including the one who jumped a curb and severed a woman’s leg last month. We live in The Hunger Games, basically. And may the odds be ever in your favor!
