You Still Can’t Use Your Cell Phone on an Airplane, Thank God

As expected, the Federal Aviation Administration has gone ahead and loosened regulations on most electronic devices during air travel — including tablets, iPods, and games — with the new rules to take effect by the end of 2013. Talking on the phone remains prohibited. They just don’t have the manpower to referee the inevitable fights at 30,000 feet.
