Guy Who Fell on Other Guy at Jets Game Loses Job

It has been a really bad few days for Rob Hopkins, the 28-year-old who fell off the side of the upper deck at Sunday’s Bills-Jets game while sliding down a railing, then landed on a man below. Hopkins was not only banned from the stadium and denounced by the team president and the county executive, but he also apparently lost his job as a digital art director at Eric Mower and Associates, an advertising and public relations agency. “EMA is very concerned about Sunday’s incident at the Buffalo Bills’ game and we are relieved that the injured were released from the hospital,” the company said in a statement. “Rob Hopkins is no longer employed by EMA.” The risk that he might fall on one of his co-workers somehow was too great.
