When cops arrived at a Manchester, Connecticut apartment complex last night after receiving reports of gunfire, they found the still-armed perpetrator fleeing the scene with a 13-month-old. After a short confrontation, the man set the child on the ground and fatally shot himself as an officer fired at him, according to the New York Daily News. That bullet missed, and the baby wasn’t harmed. However, the police did find three women shot to death inside the building the dead suspect was leaving. No one involved in the incident has been identified so far, and their relationships to each other and the baby are currently unknown.
