But on the coldest January 7 in New York City since 1896, what kind of maniac would buy fro-yo or ice cream? We headed to the tourist mecca during the lunch rush to find out. As it turns out, at least one visitor from Texas considered frozen yogurt to be an irreplaceable component of the New York experience.
