The New York Times reports that the pro-Trump hit piece on New York attorney general Eric Schneiderman in the Donald’s family newspaper this week was originally assigned to a New Jersey ice cream shop manager by editor-in-chief Ken Kurson. The “28-year-old political science … was seeking a new job but had almost no journalistic experience,” and yet he still knew better. (Kurson, for the record, likes “strawberry or raspberry with lots of toppings.”)
