Jeb Bush Sees His Name As a Potential 2016 Liability

Jeb Bush was candid in his remarks to the Long Island Association at its annual luncheon, acknowledging that his family name would be “an issue” if he decides to run for president in 2016. But it’s not because of the legacy left by his father and brother. Rather, Bush just thinks people might be tired of hearing it. “I get the point. It’s something that, if I run, I would have to overcome that. And so will Hillary, by the way. Let’s keep the same standards for everybody.”
