Sochi Opening Ceremony Starts One Olympic Ring Short

Even though it won’t air on American television until tonight, the Opening Ceremony is under way in Russia, and is currently a B-minus, as only 80 percent of the Olympic rings bothered to show up. Welcome to Russia!
