Welcome back to reality, everyone. Memorial Day’s eight shootings were immediately followed by two early Tuesday morning stabbings. CBS News reports that the first incident took place at 3 a.m. when a man at the Prospect Park subway station was stabbed as part of an attempted robbery. The second happened around half an hour later at the Lexington Avenue–116th Street station, leaving two men injured. All the victims are expected to survive.
