About six months in, Mayor de Blasio’s approval rating is back up above 50 percent, according to a new Quinnipiac poll. But the racial divide is growing: 66 percent of black voters approve of his work so far, compared to just 41 percent of still-suspicious white voters, 42 percent of whom disapprove. De Blasio’s plan to legalize ferret ownership in the city, meanwhile, is supported by just 39 percent of those surveyed, and opposed by 42 percent. Where’s Giuliani when you need him?
