Along with contending that Eric Cantor sets off his gaydar, former Montana Governor and 2016 exta-long-shot Brian Schweitzer compared Senator Dianne Feinstein, loosely, to a prostitute in the new issue of the National Journal. “She was the woman who was standing under the streetlight with her dress pulled all the way up over her knees, and now she says, ‘I’m a nun,’ when it comes to this spying!” said the Democrat, adding “maybe that’s the wrong metaphor — but she was all in!” Feinstein, however, played it beautifully this afternoon, telling Politico, “You better keep him away from my husband.” Right on cue, Schweitzer apologized for “a number of stupid and insensitive remarks,” although he did not specify which. It’s probably for the best that he not elaborate and just shut up for a while.
