Following their swift, ugly breakup with a generally unpleasant Jason Kidd, the Nets have agreed “in principle” to a deal with Lionel Hollins, worth up to $20 million over four years. The veteran coach most recently led the Memphis Grizzlies to the Western Conference finals in 2013, but was fired after clashing with management. The Nets reportedly “wanted to move quickly in the wake of the Kidd saga and lasered in on Hollins immediately,” which we believe is called a rebound.
