Last month, Mitt Romney caused some … not excitement, but something like that, when he said that there was a “one of a million chance” that he would launch a 2016 presidential campaign. But, on Sunday, Romney went back to saying what any reasonable person already knows: He is not running for president. “I’m not running, and I’m not planning on running,” he told Fox News Sunday’s Chris Wallace. “My time has come and gone.” Please, no one ask him about this again.
