Here’s Video of the Guy Who Emerged From a Subway Grate and Threw a Smoke Bomb at Diners This Weekend

An unidentified man emerged from a subway grate this weekend, chucked a smoke bomb at people dining outdoors at a Greenwich Village restaurant (including actress Rose McGowan?!), then fled back underground. And now there’s video!

The NYPD released the footage in the hunt for the suspect, who they believe is in his early 20s, has blond hair, and was wearing an American flag T-shirt and black hat. Better start searching every NYU dorm.
