Man Tries to Get Out of DWI by Eating His Breathalyzer Test Results

Forty-year-old Kenneth Desormes had a brilliant idea to get out of being charged with a DWI: According to Gothamist, he tried to eat the paper with his Breathalyzer test results, which showed his blood alcohol was .05 above the legal limit. Unfortunately, his stunt didn’t work, and now, in addition to the DWI, he’s charged with obstruction of governmental administration and criminal tampering. Maybe next time, try going with the “my dog ate my Breathalyzer results” excuse.
