Some Occupy protesters are cashing in big, just a few years after the social movement peaked and faded. Three, in particular, managed to score $142,500 in settlements from the city. The largest chunk of that money – $75,000 – is going to 68-year-old Manhattanite Sandra Fields, who was holding an Occupy banner when she was allegedly attacked by an NYPD officer. Sean McKeown, who was holding the banner on the other side, is getting $15,000, and a third, Eric-John Russell, is getting $52,500. Like many Occupiers, the three had been charged with disorderly conduct, but all the charges were later dismissed.
