The three-term South Carolina senator is the latest Republican to almost throw his hat in the ring. During a Sunday Meet the Press appearance, Graham said that he has already registered “a testing-the-waters committee” with the IRS. “I don’t know where this will go, but I’m definitely going to look at it,” he explained. With Mitt Romney suddenly talking about poverty, someone needs to represent the GOP’s rich white men.
