After former MLB player and “Ambassador for Inclusion” Billy Bean gave a speech at the Mets’ spring training camp on Wednesday, Mets infielder Daniel Murphy decided it would be a good time to weigh in with his own thoughts on homosexuality. “I disagree with his lifestyle,” he said, according to NJ.com. “I do disagree with the fact that Billy is a homosexual.” Echoing your disappointed parents, Murphy clarified that he still loves Billy, he just doesn’t agree with his choices.
