As rumors and conspiracy theories about Putin’s long, mysterious disappearance continue to circulate, the Kremlin has indicated that the Russian leader will resume public life on Monday, when he is scheduled to meet with the president of Kyrgyzstan, Almazbek Atambaev, in St. Petersburg. If he doesn’t show, then it seems safe to assume that he’s returned to his home planet.
