Brooklyn officially has a new gentrifier, and it’s loud sex. DNAinfo pulled the sex-related 311 complaints between January 1 of 2014 and February 12, 2015, and found 133 people made official reports about their neighbors’ deafening doin’ it.
The highest concentration of loud-sex-havers was in Brooklyn, where 42 noise complaints were lodged. But one building in particular stood out from the pack for its impressive dedication to cacophonous coitus: 7201 Ridge Boulevard in Bay Ridge, which DNAinfo notes is next to an elementary school and a public library, is home to one extremely satisfied couple who have had six complaints lodged against them in the last year.
“I’m not sure what they were doing, but the woman was moaning and screaming, ‘Oh yeah, oh, do it to me,’” one neighbor said. I think we all know exactly what they were doing (singing karaoke to Usher).
