Second Avenue Subway Supposedly 82 Percent Complete

The Second Avenue subway is apparently 82 percent complete, according to an MTA official who spoke with The Wall Street Journal. The ever-elusive line only took 96 years of planning and 40 years of on-and-off construction to complete, but it’s on track to be finished by December 2016. In other news, pigs can now fly and also I’m Taylor Swift.
