You’d imagine a pork-roll factory would smell a lot like pork, but in the case of Case Pork Roll Co. in Trenton, it smelled a lot like farts. At least that’s what a new lawsuit claims, brought by Luann Clem after her husband, Richard Clem, got gastric bypass surgery that gave him “extreme gas and uncontrollable diarrhea.” The suit alleges that Richard was harassed and eventually fired for farting so much and stinking up the place to the point of overwhelming the stench of processed meats. The wife bringing the suit also worked there, but she quit after her husband was terminated, though it appears she still has to live with him.
