A 26-year-old man was arrested Friday for stealing an envelope of money from the bra of a 93-year-old wheelchair-bound woman who was shopping for slippers in Harlem. Broyoan Lopez stole $600 from Maria Vasquez on Thursday at Regines Originals on East 116th Street. Turns out the whole thing was caught on camera. As it happens, Lopez was lucky, according to Vasquez, who told the Post that if she wasn’t feeling sick yesterday she would have “punched him.”
